Just for the record, I am not complaining! Over here, we’re finally receiving some true summertime weather – it’s just a little hard to get used to it so suddenly when only a couple of days ago we were wearing sweaters to keep warm. 
Niek had the foresight of buying a backyard pool yesterday, and set it up first thing after breakfast. The kids, as you can see, are loving it. Rowen’s even sharing the joy with Rigby, who isn’t sure why we didn’t get a doggie pool, too. LOL.
Arden’s stripped down to the bare necessities to stay comfortable, and was all too happy to share a big smile with his many friends out there in blogland. “Hello!” he says. 
He also had some words to share – and some very wet kisses, as well – with his Grammie today during their daily phone call. I had a bit of job getting the phone out of his wet clutches so I could talk to Mom a little longer!
