look who’s holdin’ the bag

The postal carrier brought me something today! Gasp! Does this mean I’m off their sh*t list?? Sorry for the language, but I’ve been getting seriously paranoid about the mail system lately – long story that I won’t bore you with.

Now what was in this delightful little packet that Rowen modeled for me? (Actually, she insisted that the bag was too small for me and therefore must be for her. LOL!) Well, Helen outdid herself. As much as I’ve loved & admired the gifties she has recently sent out lately, I have to warn you that I got the best one.

It’s the wonderful Brightneedle design that Carol recently stitched, and I left a comment to the effect that this was one of those designs I have meant to stitch for myself since forever - well, dear Helen heard the yearning in my voice and promptly whipped out her ultra-talented needles and stitched this beauty for me on 40 count fabric she coffee-dyed herself. Isn’t it absolutely perfect? And her personalization on the back fits the design and style to a T, as you can see.
